Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work.

If the report is not useful, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time in the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If you forgot to cancel, email us within 7 days of a renewal and we will refund that renewal.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
